Inexperienced or really sloppy nail tech. I love the atmosphere of the shop. Clean, tasteful and quiet. The nails not so much. I got this full on Wednesday today is Friday. They look worse now than before.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. The pedicure was not done well, and the overall quality was not what I expected. I actually had to go back and ask them to add another coat because the polish did not look properly done the first time. What made the experience even worse was the attitude. I did not feel that they were concerned about fixing the issue or making sure I was satisfied. There was no apology or even acknowledgment that the service had not been done properly. I have gone to Mod Nails for years. It is always clean, professional, and everyone is kind. Their attention to detail is something I appreciate. Prices are reasonable and they also have great massage chairs!
I absolutely love this nail salon! I’ve been going to Trina for my acrylic nails for years, and she always does an amazing job. She’s talented, consistent, and truly cares about her clients. Kim does my eyebrows and she is just as wonderful — always professional and makes them look perfect every time. The salon is always spotless and smells amazing the moment you walk in.
