Not one to just write a negative review … I love this shop’s styling and designs. However, one of the custom engraved charms I ordered 4 months ago fell off the necklace chain and luckily it happened at home when I lived in TX so I brought it in and they added a new hoop to the charm. Then, it happened again but I never found it. I reached out and they said they can’t help with “lost items”… I did not lose the charm — their product failed twice, causing it to fall off. I recently purchased a permanent bracelet from this store, but it’s incredibly fragile and easily breaks apart. When I contacted the store to inquire about repair options, they informed me that it would incur a cost. Considering that I spent over $100 on this bracelet, it’s disheartening that it could break apart so easily.
paid $400+ for permanent anklet and its fallen off for the third time...nothing snatching it just laying in the bed. Don't live in the state the 2 times it's been welded was a huge inconvenience..not sure but it really was a waste of money.. everyone was so nice but jewelry not worth it imo
Horrible experience with their customer service. I returned an item on March 5th and today is April 13th and I still don’t have a refund. I have spent way too much time emailing them and also calling my bank to check on it. They said they issued it which is not the case. Would never buy from them again as they are not trust worthy In response to your response : what you said is not true. No credit has shown up on my credit card, even under credits (not refunds). I have called my credit card company numerous times about this.... read more
