I went here a couple of weeks ago with some friends. Out of the three of us, two of our permanent jewelry bracelets have falling off. I really expected more because of the price. I am very disappointed that it only lasted two weeks.

I ordered 2 pair of earrings on November 30th for Christmas presents and they did not make it and it’s Dec 29th and still not here. I got an apology email with no explanation. Buyer beware…
I got a piercing at their once monthly piercing event and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The piercer, Lucy Machel, did a fantastic job listening to my requests, was extremely thorough in placing my piercings so that they were even and straight, and explained every step of the process so I knew exactly why to expect. She was also very gentle when handling my ears, and even the piercing itself barely even hurt. I cannot recommend her enough.
We love our new permanent bracelets! It was so easy and welcoming!
