paid $400+ for permanent anklet and its fallen off for the third time...nothing snatching it just laying in the bed. Don't live in the state the 2 times it's been welded was a huge inconvenience..not sure but it really was a waste of money.. everyone was so nice but jewelry not worth it imo

Horrible experience with their customer service. I returned an item on March 5th and today is April 13th and I still don’t have a refund. I have spent way too much time emailing them and also calling my bank to check on it. They said they issued it which is not the case. Would never buy from them again as they are not trust worthy In response to your response : what you said is not true. No credit has shown up on my credit card, even under credits (not refunds). I have called my credit card company numerous times about this.... read more

I went here a couple of weeks ago with some friends. Out of the three of us, two of our permanent jewelry bracelets have falling off. I really expected more because of the price. I am very disappointed that it only lasted two weeks.
