We have lived here for 1.5 years and we love it! Our dogs love the spacious back yard to run around, and the home itself is very spacious. Karon works on the property and is always extremely helpful and quick to respond, and we know we can always rely on him!
5 Stars I’ve had a great experience living at Mockingbird Meadows. Karon is absolutely amazing – always professional, welcoming, and truly cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team is also outstanding. They’re fast, responsive, and always helpful whenever there’s an issue. Me and my husband experienced a fire at our permanent house and we were totally lost we didn’t know what to do. I saw flags that showed rental homes leasing now. I went and talked with the leasing girls super nice then they introduced us to Karon, He has been great. If I had a question about anything, I would text him he would text me back in minutes and answered all questions. I even told my husband I have been so impressed with this staff. My family and I have been here for about 6 months now and it has been great! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the homes are basically brand new. What makes this neighborhood stand out though is the awesome property management team! More specifically, Karon has been phenomenal in helping us whenever we needed something. New management is horrible. Beware. Communication is nonexistent. They do not pick up the emergency line, which begs the question: what is the point of an emergency line. A/C went out in the evening in the heat of summer and they were not willing to pay to have it fixed in a timely manner at my expense.
