New management is horrible. Beware. Communication is nonexistent. They do not pick up the emergency line, which begs the question: what is the point of an emergency line. A/C went out in the evening in the heat of summer and they were not willing to pay to have it fixed in a timely manner at my expense.

We have truly enjoyed living at Mockingbird Meadows for the past year. Being first time renters we were skeptical at first. However, we have been pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoy a worry-free lifestyle. From the office staff to the maintenance crew, the courtesy and professionalism is far superior than what we ever expected. What attracted us to MM is that each home is perfectly designed and well-appointed with name brand appliances.
