Called earlier in the week for a specific deal they had, was told I would get a call back from the property manager. No one ever reached back out to me. Once I had time I decided to try and tour the unit to that same weekend only to be told the rental deal was gone and they had no more properties. Wish communication was better at this property. I was prepared to sign a lease but looks like I will have to go else where.
Mockingbird Meadows is a peaceful place in a great location! Karon is always available and extremely helpful, professional and friendly! Maintenance when needed is prompt and thorough.. Highly recommend!
While we ultimately chose another property that better aligned with our desired move-in date, our experience with Karon was amazing! Karon was prompt, informative, and professional throughout the entire process, always making sure to help and going above and beyond! I had a great experience with them, very friendly and prepared. Alexandria was very helpful in answering my questions and she did amazing work, fast and reliable would definitely recommend to friends and family.
We have lived here for 1.5 years and we love it! Our dogs love the spacious back yard to run around, and the home itself is very spacious. Karon works on the property and is always extremely helpful and quick to respond, and we know we can always rely on him!
