The ladies at the office are so nice and very helpful!!! They try to take care of you as soon as possible!!
Nice place to live. Not a fan of the floor plans but it was nice while I stayed there. Neighbor above me had problems and was noisy. We had roaches when we first moved in and they were gone in a month. It's not the apartment that has roaches it's the people. just clean up and they will go away!!!! Maintenance was always nice and fixed the problems in a timely manner. Edit: Got my security deposit back a few months after I moved out
I just want to give a shout-out to Roxy our Property Manager and Carmen for always doing their best to accommodate to the tenants at Mockingbird. Not only is the maintenance men David and Jorge the best at keeping the property nice and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a new place to call home. Keep up the good work!!
