It's hard to find the words to describe how awful my experience was at this place. If you want to feel unsafe constantly, walk up and down hallways that smell like dead animals and that have trash everywhere, and worry that your car is going to get broken into all of the time (which it did), well this is the place. I had issues with my neighbor at first just being so extremely loud and fighting in the hallways; however, I know it's apartment life so I was very understanding.
