Entire staff wonderful!!!!!
I have had a dental-phobia since I was little. In the last 20 years, I have only used Mockingbird Dental because they understand my anxiety. Kristin cleaned my teeth every 6 months for many, many years, then left the practice to teach dental hygiene, which is great for those new dental hygienists but awful for me. I was so panicked about seeing a new hygienist who may not be as gentle or would not understand my level of anxiety. My cleaning was great. When the dentist came in he seemed preoccupied and not focused. He referenced dental work I had never had. I mentioned to staff when I called back that I consider Dr Eberhard my dentist and not to schedule me with anyone else. I was not pleased!
We love coming here to Mockingbird Dental. We always have a great experience!
