I placed a pickup order, but there was basically no customer service at all. I ordered two dozen donuts, plus drinks and potato wedges. Since I needed to split everything among five families, I asked for a few extra boxes. However, the employee told me that would create too much waste and that the manager would not allow it. Didn’t want to make a hot Cheeto corn dog
Poor customer service. The staff was incredibly dismissive and acted like helping me was a huge chore. I love Mochinut, but the bad attitude at this Santa Ana location isn't worth the overpriced donuts. Won't be coming back.
