I placed a pickup order, but there was basically no customer service at all. I ordered two dozen donuts, plus drinks and potato wedges. Since I needed to split everything among five families, I asked for a few extra boxes. However, the employee told me that would create too much waste and that the manager would not allow it. Poor customer service. The staff was incredibly dismissive and acted like helping me was a huge chore. I love Mochinut, but the bad attitude at this Santa Ana location isn't worth the overpriced donuts. Won't be coming back.

I tend to fixate on foods I really enjoy, and this place has definitely become one of my favorites. Since discovering it, I’ve visited many times. I did have to dock a star for service. Most of the time, the staff is friendly and welcoming. However, on my recent visits, I’ve encountered one team member who seems visibly annoyed by customers, and it often takes them a long time to come out to help. Unfortunately, that experience has made me reconsider coming back to this location.
