Little disappointed maybe the regular cook was off
Very welcoming and warm atmosphere, the waitress was very sweet and kind and the owner came out and checked in since it was my first time there. The Gyoza are Pan Fried with a flawless crispness to softness ratio, the filling is decent. But the STAR is the sauce that comes on the side… it’s to DIE FOR!!! I wish I could’ve taken it home with me seriously amazing. I had an amazing experience at Ding! The service was exceptional from the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. The food was even better. Everything I ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they take pride in every dish they serve.
