Rental Experience with Tracy (Pelham AL) was Exceptional!! She genuinely try to help in any way she can. She will go over and beyond to make a customer satisfied with their Mobility Work experience.. Also, she is knowledgeable, courteous, kind and trustworthy. The excellent customer service I received from her was very much Appreciated!

We recently purchased a home that had a stair lift chair. We knew nothing about the equipment other than to ride it. We needed it to work for various reasons. When we arrived home after my husband’s foot surgery, and the lift wouldn’t work. It was working a couple of months ago. Anyway -long story short.
