We could not be happier with our Experience at Murrells Inlet Mobility Works. Earlier this year we had to purchase a ramp accessible van for my father. Troup and the team set him up with a van and the interlock so he could ride upfront. This gave him a freedom he had not had for a while. When my father passed away they gave us a fair price buying the van back. Thanks

I couldn’t be happier to write this review following one I wrote a month ago. Our sales person Troup at the Murrells Inlet location told me he would make up for the misunderstanding about our appointment and that he did. He listened to exactly what we were looking for and our budget. What was even a nicer experience is the time he took to teach us how to navigate around the van. My husband and I emailed the company about a van we had interest in. We received a phone call right away. After speaking with a representative, he set us up with an appointment for the Murrells Inlet location on a Saturday. When we arrived, it was closed, I tried calling multiple phone numbers with no answer. I advise you to not make Saturday appointments. I normally don't write reviews, but I'm upset. This is the worst experience with any vendor I have ever had. I purchased a conversion van less than one year ago. Because of the change in my health I contacted them to get a buyback offer. Crickets. They don't return phone calls. They don't answer emails. Through my independent research I discovered that they overcharged me by $20,000. So I am underwater with the bank on my attempts to resell the vehicle. Do not deal with them under any circumstances.
