This is the worst experience with any vendor I have ever had. I purchased a conversion van less than one year ago. Because of the change in my health I contacted them to get a buyback offer. Crickets. They don't return phone calls. They don't answer emails. Through my independent research I discovered that they overcharged me by $20,000. So I am underwater with the bank on my attempts to resell the vehicle. Do not deal with them under any circumstances.
Very helpful staff. They have wheelchair vans and other handicap items. I have both rented and now purchased my own wheelchair van.

Great experience. I had electronic hand control put on my car. Everyone was helpful. Troup walked us through the process and explained everything in detail. The mechanic was great explaining about the controls. Jonas took us to the Mall to hang out! What a fine young man. Everything was perfect.
