I have never once had a good experience coming here. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have worked customer service for 20 years and never once have had the need to speak to a customer the way I was spoken to even when I was a hot headed 18 year old being spit on by a customer. I didn't know who thought the lady behind the counter would be good working with people but she CLEARLY is not, she is old enough to know better. Service was a good experience. Saber has been very helpful, I would work with him always. He explained throughly what was wrong with my Pacifica ramp door. He quickly obtained parts and picked it up and it will be back Friday. I am pleased as this is my main transportation. The only negative I have to say is WHY DID THEY CLOSE LIVONIA BRANCH? We in Plymouth area have a far drive to Madison Heights.

Mobilityworks in Madison heights fixed my van in timely manner and always provide me rentals when needed. I am always helped with great service by Sherri, James and Saber. I would recommend mobilityworks and hope they would recommend me for transportation needs.
My sister purchased a brand new Driverge van earlier this year. It has already had to go in several times and currently has not had a working lift for the past nearly 5 months straight with no offer of a free rental while this is under warranty.
