What a joke of a company. They brag about “warranty coverage,” but the moment your van has an issue, suddenly the warranty doesn’t exist. Two weeks, no calls, no updates—unless disappearing counts as customer service. They’re quick to cash your check, but when it comes to actually helping people who depend on these vans, they vanish. MobilityWorks doesn’t sell peace of mind, they sell headaches.
Very nice people, but very ,very expensive.
Through the long process of insurance approval Alessandra was there every step of the way to make it happen. What an excellent job on the installation.
