The concept behind this store is wonderful. Yet, the service is lacking. I have been using this company for nearly four years now and the service has gone down hill each time. The mistakes from the company have ranged from scheduling to delivery to faulty equipment. I have tolerated it because it is a service necessary for a handicapped visitor. as far as the crutch parts go -, please do not buy those parts here, i bought a pair of armpit pads for my crutches there on Monday afternoon 3/10/09, they did not even make it through the night, the next day i went to return them ( after stopping at Walgreen to get a new set ) it was only 12 bucks for the complete crutch kit ( tips/hand grips/armpits pads at Walgreen,and 10 bucks just for the arm pit pads at MO, i have been buying tips and other crutch parts there for almost 6 years,today when i went to take them back the m... read more
