I called to get information and rent a scooter in July. Sandy was the lovely person who answered the phone and graciously walked me thru making a reservation and provided all necessary information. She was patient, understanding and gave me every detail needed to get this scheduled. What a great experience and customer service as it should be. Thank you Sandy.

I rented a mobility scooter for the day for my grandmother, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience with Mobility Plus Pittsburgh! I had the pleasure of working with Sandy. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I reserved the scooter online (easy process) and picked it up shortly after. They assisted with teaching me how to use and assemble/disassemble the scooter- they even loaded it into my SUV! The return was simple and Sandy even helped me with deciding on a future purchase. Rented a mobility scooter for a day and I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The scooter was great and the customer service was even better. Highly recommend!!!

This is a clean showroom with very kind & knowledgeable staff.
