They are very good at what they do I went today because I had a problem with my scooter didn't have a appointment. A guy by the name Bill help me out he did a real good job I was in and out . I would recommend my friends and family to go there thank yall very much pat powell

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE Dad went in to take a wheelchair back and they charged him a $90 restocking fee and it was never used and purchased a few days ago. DO NOT SHOP HERE THE DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN TAKING YOUR MONEY.
I needed some replacement parts for my chair that I purchased through Mobility First and thought since I purchased it through them it would be an easy process to take my business back to them but apparently my business is not needed. I called twice over a month ago and never received a return call. Wheel fast away from these people.

Finally found a chair company that knows what their patient needs. My wife struggled for years with a chair from another dealer that never fit her properly. Karen and Bill are true professionals. We were blessed to find them.
THIS company right here!!!! WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! Bill and Karen are amazing!!! This is the ONLY company anyone should deal with if you are needing a wheelchair, etc. We needed to take my wheelchair in because it needed some tweaking, and they stayed late to wait for us! I could not believe it!!! At the beginning, when we were fighting the insurance company for my wheelchair, Heather was nothing short of amazing!!!! They are the BEST at what they do!!!
