mother inlaw complained her chair moved to fast so the guy came out real smart @$$ turns the speed down so far that it wont climb our handicapped ramp called to have them readjust still waiting 6 months later lousy people poor service not to mention smart @$$

My family would like to thank Ethan and Bill for their excellent customer service and help. They were responsive to my family's needs for a new stair lift and worked with us to find the right solution to an urgent problem. In addition, their follow up has been exemplary. I'd recommend them over and over!
