Clayton should be your movement specialist! He has treated me through the worse back injury I've ever had. He has all kinds tools and tricks in his bag from soft tissue release, acupuncture, cupping, electrodes and cryo therapy. He will get you fixed one way or another! I wish he never left Dallas.
My partner and I are both older competitive CrossFit athletes and we are hard on our bodies! Clayton has kept both of us in great working shape. My partner even placed 6th fittest man on Earth in the 2014 CrossFit Games for men 55-59! Thank you Clayton for keeping us mobile!!
