Very disappointed with the lack of communication and the way my mother’s follow-up appointment was handled. After my mother had a procedure, this facility scheduled her follow-up appointment. At no point were we informed that a referral was required. We arrived for the scheduled appointment today only to be told that she could not be seen because they had not received a referral.
