Working with this company was a breath of fresh air!!! I can't thank them enough for the seamless coordination, delivery and pick-up! Price was reasonable, especially for delivery and pick-up directly to a hotel downtown. The scooter was waiting for my mom upon checking in and we were able to leave it at front desk at check out. The scooter was charged and having it allowed my mom to participate in activities with her grandkids that she would have had to miss out on due to her mobility issues, priceless!!!! 100% recommend!
I was scheduled to pick up a ramp at 2pm for my wife who gets out of the hospital at 4pm. I have been sitting in front of this house for 60 minutes. No one is answering the door or answering the phone and now I have to BUY a ramp because I am out of time and out of options. Not reliable bad customer service. 0/10. Thanks for nothing.
Great accessible service. Tom the owner is very friendly and accomodating. Brought a client here to get a rental electric scooter. Rates were reasonable. Would highly recommend if your scooter or wheelchair is getting repaired and you need a rental.
