Chris helped us out a lot with our Hymer Roadtrek van. They priced parts at a fair price, charged a fair amount for the swiftness and expertise. Super lucky to have them around, couldnt have inagined explaining things to someone else who did not know Hymers. They handled the battery swap, alternator, and had all my other functionality questions with professionalism, but also with humanism. Chris goes beyond his job. He listens to the needs and really tried to help. With tight schedules he still helped us get work done before... read more
Friendly staff and very helpful
Mobilife serviced our Roadtrek RV 2 times for different issues. Chris & Jeff provided excellent service and advice. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They even got the job completed sooner than expected on our last visit which was very helpful. I will be taking my RV back to them for any future work.
Mobilelife saved us immensely when they got us in right away to look at our trailer the day we were leaving for camping. If it weren't for them, we wouldn't have made our trip. They were friendly, accommodating & affordable.
The batteries in my 2017 Roadtrek Agile were failing and Chris at Mobilife recommended that they be replaced by 300ah Epoch batteries. He has had intimate knowledge of Roadtrek systems for many years so his advice is trustworthy. Jeff is the Roadtrek technician and has performed flawless work on my van multiple times. He did the battery replacement too and did a beautiful job. The batteries are working perfectly. Thanks to Chris and Jeff for their excellent advice and work and to everyone at Mobilife who I dealt with.
