I've only purchased a few items here, but they are always super friendly and very helpful
I came here once last year for a part and a few items and I found them to be very helpful. A dark haired lady helped me and was very nice. I was hoping to receive the same service again and that is why I went back, but the fellow (younger, short, reddish beard) acted indifferent
Dropped in unexpectedly on a Monday morning, and Chris and his team looked after us immediately. Travelling in our new to us, Road Trek, we were experiencing a few glitches that needed immediate attention. Chris went above and beyond by making the appropriate repairs were done and took the time to share with us good information to help us going forward. Very shady experience! I placed a deposit for them to replace a motor on my power lift tent trailer. There was no communication, whatsoever, that the motor was “non-returnable” before ordering it. They attempted to install this motor only to find out it was the wrong motor, which was incorrectly ordered by them. They wanted a ridiculous amount to replace the entire lift system.
