Worst experience I have had! Closing did not happen on time, nor was much communicated. In the long run, the sale did not happen, and they refused to return my earnest money, which I was told was "risk free" "if anything happens and you dont purchase house it is returned to you"
First of all, I am extremely picky and I know this. I can only say that the used home was beautiful, and we are please to have been able to find it. However, the communication through this process was horrible! Promises were made and not kept throughout. I believe they have good intentions, but if you utilize them for services, get EVERYTHING in writing with VERY SPECIFIC details and timeframes. Nice people that work @ Mobilhome MN but I will never buy a Friendship home again. This was my first & will be the last time I buy a Friendship Home.
