Called to ask about tires, no answer. Returned call, "Yeah, you want help with a repair?" No, I'm looking for a tire. Can I bring the truck to you? "We don't have a shop." Oh, okay well maybe I can... yells "WE DON'T HAVE A SHOP." ...before I can get another word out. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't ever use them based on the phone interaction alone.
Extremely unprofessional the lady on the phone had no idea what she had in her inventory sold me a quote and ended up giving the work to the guys from loves travel, a 1200 quote ran me about 2k
I called the guy and he said that he was going to help me out and send me the info to be able to pay. I called him back and he said that he could not help me and hung up on me.
Lost front tire on my dump truck. They came out right away. Had the correct tire, fixed it very quickly. Thanks guys.
