Bought (2) 12W7AE's and some components a while back and never had a problem. Richard was very helpful in filling the order and getting it shipped out ASAP. Definitely will do business with them when it's time to upgrade another car or the current one.
send a radio back cause it was not working properly. 6 months now. no radio no answer. $1300 radio. Avoid doing business with them at all cost.
Horrible customer service. Ordered jl audio grill as jl says not available online and after 13 days i contact them to find out whats going on and then they tell me they are waiting for the product from jl. Steer clear, useless communication, horrible customer service, and all around just a bad experience. Would give 0 stars if i could...
