They are VERY RUDE!!!! a warranty on an corded earpiece isn’t valid at all at the Scarborough Town Centre location. Whilst being there they are all standing there talking in a different language with no care as for tending to any customers issues after purchasing an item!!!There’s DEFINITELY no confusion about the service @your location because even upon purchasing items at your store employees there keep going back and forth between the store opposite you to fulfill customers requirements.
Hello guys, never ever go to this shop for phone repairs! At first, they act all friendly, but later they will scam you. My phone had only a simple cracked camera lens, and my mistake was not verifying with the Apple Store first. I went straight to these scammers instead. They told me the entire camera needed to be replaced — but what they actually did was take out my original Apple camera and replace it with an unknown fake one. Broke my phone screen and needed a repair 911. Just received my phone back, the screen is so glitchy and barely works. No idea why but now I need to go elsewhere to fix my screen again. Avoid this place!!!!
Replaced screen and new screen protector. Deep scratches on actual screen.
