My husband had a sleep study and Rick was rude and unprofessional with him. Having a sleep study is already an awkward and uncomfortable experience so having a rude technician did not help matters. Rick told my husband he doesn't think he should have the surgery he needs (hence the sleep study), that he can't believe my husband would seek out a surgeon first rather than having a sleep study and even told my husband he is overweight, in a very tactless way. We are very disappointed with the situation to say the least.
