Jessie spoke highly of her skills, claiming she could recreate any photo I gave her. I asked for a pixie-bob style with layers. Instead of layers I got huge chunks of hair that aren't blended at all. I have ledges of hair. Instead of having me dry my hair so she could appraise her job, I was left with it wet. However, after drying, I cried when I saw the true haircut. Jessie was gone by then.
