John and his team was able to diagnose the problem, then order the parts. I left my motor home with him after the parts arrived. There was no delay from dropping off the coach to them working on the slide. Great service, Great people. I will use them again! Thanks John and team

My kids had Lake Granbury Mobiel Rv guys come out and replace there toilet today. Workmanship was good. Coustomer service not so much. When you tell someone you are not charging them for something because it was your fault and you charge them for it. I think that is called being dishonest. Especially when the tech was asked about it when it was on there invoice and he assured them he was not charging them for it. John was super nice and came out same day within a 1.5 hrs to fix my heater. He knew right away what the problem was as soon as I described it to him. Definitely recommend him for your rv repair needs.
