These people completely ghosted me! Patrick came out, inspected my A/C, determined that it needed to be replaced and said he would be sending off the form that night to initiate a warranty claim. That was never done, and they have not replied to any texts, emails, or phone calls. I would NEVER do business with them again - they didn't even bother to contact me to collect payment!
