Great service. A little on the expensive side but you do get what you pay for.
We ended up having two different problems. Matt showed up earlier than we first arranged. He serviced and cleaned our A\C. He was fast and efficient and very friendly. We then discovered that some of the problems we had been having over the last few days ended up being our power center. He knew we were trying to leave town the next day so he suggested places to contact and we were able to pickup part and he returned later that day to install . Attention Snowbirds in Tucson. Are you looking for a reliable, honest, and trustworthy RV Tech? Give Mobile RV Pro a call and tell them to send Ivan. Water heater decided to give up the ghost days before heading back north for the summer. I explained my time schedule, and Ivan did everything in his control to oblige. Brand new water heater installed 2 days after original diagnostic. Thanks to Ivan, I will be a long-time customer.
Ivan came out to look at our AC that was not working. He was not versed in our bottom unit AC, so he looked at it and downloaded a manual and said he'd be back after learning more about it. It took a week and we finally contacted him. He told us that he was not comfortable with it and referred us to someone else. That someone else blew us off totally. It was a total waste of our money.
