Attention Snowbirds in Tucson. Are you looking for a reliable, honest, and trustworthy RV Tech? Give Mobile RV Pro a call and tell them to send Ivan. Water heater decided to give up the ghost days before heading back north for the summer. I explained my time schedule, and Ivan did everything in his control to oblige. Brand new water heater installed 2 days after original diagnostic. Thanks to Ivan, I will be a long-time customer.
Ivan came out to look at our AC that was not working. He was not versed in our bottom unit AC, so he looked at it and downloaded a manual and said he'd be back after learning more about it. It took a week and we finally contacted him. He told us that he was not comfortable with it and referred us to someone else. That someone else blew us off totally. It was a total waste of our money. We’ve used Mobile RV Pro a few times now, we’ve always been very happy! Customer service upon calling was great, appointments were very timely and they showed up as scheduled. Very satisfied with Mobile RV Pro. They showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it expediently. Tech was knowledgeable about RV service, explained everything .
Ivan was very responsive and came to our campsite the very next day. He was very professional and was able to help correct the issue we were having with our fridge. He was in the campground a few days later and checked to see how things were going. He also fixed a minor awning problem we were having too! Thanks, Ivan, for your help and expertise!
