I had new breaks on my car that I got from a shop, and this shop called Promotive Auto is a joke, and left my breaks making a grinding noise after they were brand new. I called a Mobil Mechanic as it’s such a pain for a mom with kids to get to a shop and just leave my car- he showed up and saw my break Pad was falling apart and they didn’t replace some Parts on my new breaks.
