I had new breaks on my car that I got from a shop, and this shop called Promotive Auto is a joke, and left my breaks making a grinding noise after they were brand new. I called a Mobil Mechanic as it’s such a pain for a mom with kids to get to a shop and just leave my car- he showed up and saw my break Pad was falling apart and they didn’t replace some Parts on my new breaks. So I reached out to Mike Monday morning of this past week to get a quote on brake services. I had purchased pads and rotors from AutoZone and just needed them swapped in and out. He was able to arrange this for this past Friday morning at 10am. He showed up at 9:40 and I came out with my stuff and he took a peak at the car and immediately began his paper work. I just had him replace the alternator in my truck and spark plugs in my car, which he did with ease and got both running like new!
