Battery replacement and screen repair completed here on iPhone 13 Pro Max. Since the repair, the battery drains quickly, does not last a full day, and loses charge even when not in use. This was not an issue prior to service. After the screen replacement, the camera stopped functioning correctly. When raised, issues were attributed to user handling and additional charges were suggested for further inspection.
