RecommendedHad to reschedule a party due to severe weather. The staff at Mobile Popcorn was very understanding and accommodating. From the first encounter their customer service is superior and their prices are competitive. Will definitely use them again.
I called in on Friday because I decided I needed a few tents and chairs for my daughters graduation party this past weekend. I spoke with Taylor and she gave me pricing and availability. She was very helpful and the prices were better than I found at their competitors. The whole process was very simple and everyone that I came in contact with during payment and pick up werevery friendly. As a business owner myself I highly recommend this company and they will definitely see more of my business.
I just moved into my first home. Lucky me, I moved near Mr. Warren. He just dropped off the best caramel popcorn I’ve ever had. This house will forever be stocked with this delicious popcorn! We can’t wait to try all the flavors!
There was a miscommunication with the lighting co and wedding planner. But Cole and Kelsey went beyond the call of duty and moved the dance floor for us after they set it up already. Thank you!
Customer service is everything. Matt not only responded to our calls and questions but acted as though he appreciated our business rather than expecting it. There were no surprises ad he was very thorough. Delivery and set up was timely and done as requested. I appreciate their willingness to help!
Still standing outside waiting to pick up a rental bc when we booked Cole didn't tel us we needed to pick up on Friday. Got a call on Friday at 4:47 asking when we were coming. I told Taylor (who called me) that our item was rented for Saturday and that they told us to come by 2. She told me we were suppose to come and get it. I had no way of doing so so then Matthew told me to call and leave a message Saturday when we were on the way and someone would meet us at 10:30.
