At the end of last year we celebrated my mom’s 101st birthday, and, thanks to the great MPA team, she is still going strong. Despite on my mom’s multiple health issues, regular monitoring and proper maintenance of her health by MPA medical and administrative team prevents health complications and ER visits during very long time. Didn’t respond to CVS fax for refill two weeks before prescription ran out. No response after I called and spoke with someone in the office I think in the Philippines. After 4 days and out of medicine I texted doctor and was told by staff that I need another appointment to get a refill, though the internet says this drug can be refilled with the last appointment being within a year.
