Responsive and knowledgeable excellent service
Didn’t respond to CVS fax for refill two weeks before prescription ran out. No response after I called and spoke with someone in the office I think in the Philippines. After 4 days and out of medicine I texted doctor and was told by staff that I need another appointment to get a refill, though the internet says this drug can be refilled with the last appointment being within a year. The Mobile Physicians Associates has been a lifesaver for my family. My mother is 100 years and nine months old. She has been a patient of the Mobile Physicians Associates for approximately 6 months. We owe her life to them. They have provided a lifeline for my mother which includes radiology, labs, online/zoom physicians visits, physicians home visits, wound care orders & visits, medications, oxygen concentrator, and Specialist visits when necessary.
