Chris and Frank are miracle workers! I was in a bind and needed help asap, they responded quickly and addressed my problem in a very home town friendly and professional manner. They're one of the best around.
Frank was a lifesaver! My slide wouldn't come in and I had just finished boondocking off Loy Butte Road outside Sedona. I called Mobile Medic in a panic. Frank answered the phone, asked me to text him the details, and told me he'd get back to me as soon as he finished the call he was on. Whew! He was able to walk me through resetting my motor over the phone and I was able to get the slide back in so I could get to my next campsite in town. Had a plumbing emergency, called first thing in the morning, and he was able to fit me in that day! He was friendly and worked quickly to solve the problem and even went to the store to purchase an unexpected/needed part mid-job. Stands behind his work and repairs as well. Cannot recommend highly enough. So glad I called.
