This was the worse experience ever ! I called to have my breaks and rotors fixed and only the breaks were fixed due to mechanic stating he couldn’t get the wheel studs off . He promised to come back on several occasions and I’ve been calling and texting for weeks literally and everytime he will say he’s coming on one day and never show up ! Do not play yourself I should have went to a regular mechanic from the jump !
Same thing as all the other reviews. Said they’d be there at one time ended up coming four hours later, then came and told me what I already knew was wrong with it and charged me $75 to use a shitty scanner. Asked how much the repair would be got told oh the secretary is gonna call you back with a quote. Never did. Listen to the reviews. Waste of money and time. Go somewhere else.
I spent almost $1000.00 to get my car back on the road due to a fuel pump replacement and now my lights are back on. No mention of a refund. Im not happy with my experience. Communication was not clear. Now i have to take the vehicle to the dealership. Extra screws were left under tge hood. Also a fuel regulator was installed for no reasons and i was charged 🤦🏽
I booked this mechanic for 11:00 AM. At 10:55 AM, I got a last-minute text saying they wouldn’t be here until 1:00 PM. Fine, I was patient. But when I called at 2:30 PM, they told me I was their next client. Hours had already gone by. I kept checking in, and eventually got a text saying they were “42 minutes away.” Over an hour later—still nothing. I called again and they had the nerve to send me straight to voicemail. Tony went above and beyond to try and fix my problem initially we thought it was the grounding wires which isn’t an easy job due to it being electrical but he repaired it n grounded new wires after being out in the heat for over two hours trying to fix the issue it was the starter but he kept it real with me the entire time and didn’t try n bs me he arrived within an hour and price was very reasonable i’ll be using this mobile mechanic again
