He was supposed to fix a fuse in my car. It was preventing the. Radio from turning on in a cigarette lighter from operating, he couldn’t fix it. Left my car stop answering my phone calls my car now will not go into drive or reverse. My car windows will no longer go up or down and my lights are no longer cutting on and he’s still ignoring my calls.
James was great from start to finish. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly and professionally. His prices were very reasonable, and what I appreciated most was that he was honest and didn’t seem like he was trying to get over on me or upsell unnecessary work. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process stress-free. James came out yesterday and jump started the car with no problems. He checked with me later to make sure car was still charged and was running fine and followed up again today.
