This service was absolutely fantastic and they saved our vacation! We were in town seeing family and my car would not start, on the 4th of July no less. Thankfully, despite the holiday, they were able to get a mechanic out to diagnose and fix my car that day! I am so grateful for them and highly recommend this service!
Kris Ditoro did an excellent job, roadside 117 degrees and double/triple/quadruple checked on me to make sure I was safe in those temps! Quickly found the issue and resolved it! A connector everyone was told had to be ordered, turned out to be wrong part. He knew exactly how to find it and where! Will definitely use this service again
Hired a mechanic from mobilemechanic.com while my normal mechanic is out for a bit and needed some work done quickly. I had both heater cores replaced in my SUV so I can finally get some heat and AC. Communication was excellent, Timmy arrived on time, got everything taken care of and worked in the rain the entire time. Great customer service and communication throughout the process. Shaughn is very well mannered, down to earth dude, and did honest work while being very quickly, too.
Called franticslly when my english kight started flickering. A mechanic named Luis was very knowledgeable about the car and the situation. It was a misfire in the cylinder and a cracked valvue cover gasked. He worked very quickly and was determined to get the car to work, as if it was his own car. Kept me in the loop with everything he did and was well i formed. He called every Mazda dealership, autozone and o rileys nesrby and finally found the part.
