Absolutely horrible the mobile mechanic I was texting his name is in the photos got extremely mad that I said I wanted to use someone else and not to fill out some thing online and that I wanted to use the mechanic that’s actually using their real number then he went off saying these things I asked him to leave me alone multiple times, etc. the messages really speak for themselves I would not have these people working on my property let alone my car. Just hired these guys, there’s no point looking any further because you’re gonna get prompt service with excellent communication through text and phone calls, I have had the worst luck with mechanics and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with automotive repair. Next to fixing something myself and it actually working, which is a rare occasion if I’m being honest. I’m a disabled senior and I had a completely dead battery. I was confused and nervous. Jake and Jordan took very good care of me. They answered all my questions found me a battery. Jake came right to my house and replaced it. They took a scary situation and made it a very easy transaction. Thank you very much.
Incredible fast service and very honest. 100000% would recommend. I was in a real bind when my drivers side window fell off the track and into my door..in the dead of winter. They got to me the same day and fixed it!
