I called during the week for service and was able to make arrangements for a mechanic to take a look at the car on a Saturday @9am (the mechanic is supposed to arrive 9-9:30am) when that time had come and gone, I called for an ETA. I was told they would try to reach him and would call me back soon. Another hour had gone by and there was no call back.
