I spoke with a gentleman name Terry who genuinely took the time to let me fumble thru with an explanation of what I was experiencing with my vehicle. He helped me trouble shoot with just basic things to eliminate an unnecessary service call. It says a lot about a company thru an employee who puts customers first.
