Overall I had a seamless experience at Vertex. Aruns booking process was really cool- I could specify where on my body I was having pain with images and write in what my preferences were. Arriving to the location was really easy, and it's right next to the park! Arun greeted me and made sure I felt super comfortable. He explained the protocol very clearly and was very friendly. Arun is San Francisco’s best kept secret. Hopefully, not for much longer though! I have worked with many massage therapists over the years to help me cope with a spinal fusion surgery. Arun is one of the most intelligent, and intuitive and skilled body workers I have ever worked with.
