BEWARE! They blatantly stole hundreds of dollars worth of clothing. I dropped laundry off and after a week went back only to receive 2 of the 6 items I left. Out of the pieces stolen, three were designer. After speaking to the proprietor he dismissed my concerns with denial and was aggressive, and profane.

The most unprofessional business I’ve ever had experience with , been month and being let down and excuses and saying they do something and don’t do it. they take my money and my belongings,

They are quickly to take your money and pick up your stuff but after weeks off being message around they finally bring my belongings back, it smelt disgusting damp like I’ve never smelled before must have been kept in their Trashbags damp for a long time, they took it again to re do it, now weeks Again and now not answering, I want my stuff back and refund, Iv never experienced A company this bad before

LIAR and THIEF Please be Warned!! I used the Company of Mobile Laundry USA for pick up wash fold and delivery service. I left two bags of laundry and my roommate left two comforters. After receiving the service I was only given back one bag which I notice quite a few of my clothing missing and my roommate one of the comforters was not completely with dry rot and smell awful!
