Incredible customer service, very knowledgeable about the iOS system. I went in today, Saturday, with an essentially useless phone and left with the issue completely resolved.
Walked in to MobileKangaroo for what I thought was gonna be a gruesomely long charging port replacement. Boy was I wrong lol. Richard (who was/is very nice and professional) took a look at my phone, grabbed his pointy tweezer tool and yanked out some built up debris that had collected over time and my phone was back to normal!
