Jessie did an outstanding job on my wife’s phone and got it done in a timely manner. His knowledge and communication was excellent. I had complete confidence that he could get the job done and in the event I need work done on any more of my family’s iPhones, this is most definitely where I will come.
THANK GOD for Jesse @ MobileKangaroo’s Flower Mound location. Together with ChatGPT & Grok, I battled with being locked out of my iPhone 17 for 6 hours….missing a flight and several important calls, etc. Apple Expert Jesse did in 20 mins what I couldn’t get done in a whole afternoon. I rarely write Google Reviews unless really earned, and Jesse went above and beyond. Kangaroo earned customer because of Jesse today.
Jesse is such a nice technician. He knows a lot about Apple products. His communication is really good. I went there with a swollen battery issue and he fixed my phone in no time. definitely recommend this place
They were very helpful and knowledgeable.
