This place is a joke! The amount of times that I've gone up here and being told various things from different people that work here shows that the training is lacking. I was told that I did not need to turn in the old iPad and that Apple was going to send a new one. So I throw out the old ipad. Then I go up there to be told that I needed to bring the old iPad so now I have to dig through my trash bins to see if I can find the old iPad and hope that the trash company did not come today.
