Very friendly
Always a pleasant environment.. can get busy with a bit of a wait sometimes but we went at 10:45 on a Thursday and called on the way there and got in fairly quickly but I've also been there and waited over an hour to be seen.. ITS DEFIANTLY BETTER THAN THE ER
Unfortunately, I had a pleasant experience with the physicians here but the clerical staff requires further training. My insurance company predesignated a primary which I had never seen and instead of informing me at the time of my visit that I would have to designate a primary with this clinic the continued to see me then had me switch the primary. Never informing me that this needed to be done prior or telling me to reschedule when the switch was completed with the plan. Now I have a bill with this group despite having ins... read more
