I’m incredibly frustrated with the scheduling process at DMC. It’s nearly impossible to make an appointment without wasting a significant amount of time and energy. I was transferred from person to person, repeatedly placed in call queues, and left on hold for over 35 minutes just to schedule a single appointment. My wife was in SERIOUS pain from a stomach surgery. It took 3 hours in admissions before she was given a room. Then after 3 more hours and 14 needle sticks they finally put an IV in to give her pain meds!!!!
