The worst patient care
Long waiting time with no updates to the family waiting. I'm sure I will be getting the ER copay bill within the next 7 days. They are quick for the money. Will not return here.
Horrible experience. My father suffered a stroke and all they did was a cat scan. Left him the the hallway of the er for 8 hours uncleaned, dehydrated, and unable to move before transferring him to a room! .
Had to rush my wife to the stand alone emergency room located in saraland on shell road The staff at this location is class act Very professional as well as caring Highly-qualified and quality service Can not list one name without missing someone, so will say the entire staff is first class Thanks staff.
