We enlisted the help of this business, in selling our beautiful manufactured home. This was the first company that ever asked for "Up -Front" money ($250) to try and sell our home. We have encountered numerous problems with this business: (1) They do NOT answer email messages in a timely manner; (2) No sign provided that could be used in our Community' (3) Promise to "update home facts," but after four weeks, none of the information has been updated! I bought a home from The Mobile Home Way. When i went to see it , it was being refurbished. Jorge the manager was there and he said the place would be beautiful and all the issues would be taken care of. I went to his office and gave him a 2000.00 dollar deposit. Unfortunately, i didn't get his promises in writing. the sales agent Jessica also assured me that he does good work. She said it will be perfect.
