It's not Bellevue it's not any of their retail stores. It's the fact you have to deal with an AI robot before you can ask a simple question! That means a 10 second question &answer turns into a 5 to 10 minute call while you wait for the robot tolist the words you may use cuz just any old English words won't do. So you wait and eventually it gets to an option you think might be right. If you're wrong it's faster to just hang up and call back. Thile associates at this store are AMAZING. I had a very tricky issue involving my daughter's iPhone and Apple Watch, had already been to another T-Mobile store AND the Apple Store, but Ashley and Sharieff from the Bellevue Square T-Mobile were the only ones who could fix my issue. Not only did they spend a lot of time with me until we were sure that the phone/watch were synced correctly, but Ashley also recommended a new solution that I was unaware of (trackers via T-Mobile) that I'm now in love with (for finding my kids si... read more

Ashley is not recommended. She convinced us to buy a plan by promising benefits that turned out to be untrue. She refused to sell us the phones because the store was closing in an hour and she had to leave for the airport. She made sure we signed up for a family plan, but the next day, when we went to trade in our phones, the manager had to apologize for her false promises. We ended up stuck in an expensive plan without the phones we were promised.
