Mike is one of the best employees you have ...took time with me while I was upset. I walk out of you store so happy and more than satisfied...I appreciate Mike's hard work and dedication.
Jerry helped us out today, we were switching a line from Metro to T-Mobile and getting a new phone, our old phone was broken and the screen was being weird, but he pulled out a computer mouse and helped us get our info on the old phone He was funny and fun to work with, best experience I’ve ever had in a phone store
Approached the customer service people when they were talking to each other. They seemed annoyed that I had approached them asking for help, when I was talking to them the person seemed very dismissive and he was very short. Our interaction lasted maybe 2-3 minutes of pretty much awkwardness. Not a typical Tmobile customer service I have experienced in the last decade.
This is by far one of the best T Mobile stores. Alec is the man. Very helpful!
