Headline: Avoid at all costs! Easy to start, impossible to cancel. Do not use this internet service! While it is easy to set up, canceling is a nightmare. I recently tried to switch providers and return my equipment. When I went to the store, they accepted the router but refused to close my account, claiming I had to call a separate line. Had to report the alleged store manager to the main office as he was attempting to to give out and steal my private information to without me being present with no identification from the person waiting on the police now for identification theft report …..

Wow. Just wow. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over seven years, and this location somehow managed to redefine what “customer service” is supposed to mean by doing the exact opposite. From the second I walked in, Alec was dismissive and rude, like my presence alone was a personal inconvenience. No greeting. No eye contact. Just immediate attitude.
