Awful company. I had four lines with them including three to my friends who are poor, which I paid for. My friends stopped using one line and told T-Mobile. But T-Mobile kept in on the account for 2+ years until I learned about it. That is about $1000 they owe me for a line not used, but instead I received a nasty call from them.

I have been with T-Mobile for over 8 years or more. So disappointed in them . Loyalty and recommending them has no benefits . I decided to try android for the first time. I am a iPhone user normally. But I found the Motorola razor was super cute . But I was sold on the phone . But after trying to get use to android and it was not working . My child needed a replacement Kids Sync UP watch that was under warranty. We were promised that if we brought the old device in they would swap it out and ensure the new watch gets set up.
