After dealing with some terrible Apple Store experience over the last 2 days, I found my way to my carrier T-Mobile store in Bellevue Square Mall, and I'm so lucky to have landed with Mery who was helping me. Literally the worst experience ever and the guy was so rude and disrespectful. I’m a young girl who just had her iPad stolen, my family and I use T-Mobile so I was trying to take the correct steps for getting a replacement iPad but this Asian dude with a gray long sleeve and clear glasses was insistent that the only thing he could do was sell me a whole new $1000 iPad.
