The agents were super professional although the totem lake shop were awkward. I left them a 1-star review.
I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee at your location named Alec. He was so professional so helpful and went out of his way to help me with an issue I was having with my iPhone. It is truly refreshing to be able to get such stellar service with one of your team members. Employees like Alec make me a forever t-mobile customer. Huge shoutout to the entire team at this store but especially Alec for always going above and beyond. I’ve never had such a smooth, seamless experience at a phone store. Just wanted to point out that my husband and I had really hostile, curt treatment from sales rep Alec or Alex (Caucasian man mid 30s) who refused to help when I said I needed help adding a data plan saying he doesn’t do that in store. It’s fine that they don’t do that in store but he could have asked if I needed help connecting to 611 or just asked more questions to find out how he could help. Here is how my interaction went: Me: I have a old $25 per month grandfathered plan. Can I add a line to my account? Associate (TJ): Sure, you can add a BYOD line for $30 a month. Me: Would it affect my current plan? TJ: No Me: Sure, lets do it. 1 month later, my bill comes out to be $170 a month so I went back to the store. Me: Can you help me check why my bill increased so much? TJ: Yeah, in order to add a line we have to switch your plan to the most expensive plan which is $140 a month.
