Worst of the worst of the worst of the worst care ever. Very unprofessional!
Dr. Del Fierro was great. This was my first appt. I was extremely appreciative of how he thoroughly explained everything. Great first appointment, and the staff did a great job obtaining my records from multiple sources.
I am trying to give this office time to hire another Endocrinologist after Dr. K. has moved to Florida. I believe Dr Del is an excellent Dr. And needs help in his practice. I waited a month for Adrenal test results to be addressed. This is not normal for this office. I am now talking with his nurse, Hannah and she is helping me and returning g my calls promptly. Giving three stars because Dr. Del Fierro himself is a good doctor. When I started going to him for care in 2021 I lived in Pensacola and the closest Endocrinologist in the area couldn’t get me in for an appointment until 8 months out. Due to my diagnosis I wanted to be seen as soon as possible and Dr. Del Fierro was available. His office even did virtual appointments which was great for me since I lived about an hour away.
