Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!! Mobile Concepts is truely a rip off. They charge us twice on two separate days for one service that was performed on one day. Rene quoted a lower price and inflated the price 3x's the initial cost. Please check all reviews before giving them a chance as you may want to go to BestBuy to be safe with your purchases and have warranted work performed for the money. This is why small businesses are not supported because they rip off the consumer.

Go to Mobile Concepts!! I support local business! I can't stand the big chain stores. They're a huge headache and you deal with so much crap. I have gone to Mobile Concepts now for over 5 years and they have treated my friends and myself with first class service. Anytime I called or came in with a question or needed an update on my installation they were right there to answer it for me. Thank you Mobile Concepts for being part of our community for so long and treating us like friends!
GREATFULL First of all , GREAT SERVICE, for the past few months I was shopping for a KCA multi-media versatile link. Shop after shop would tell me that i needed to re-do my whole system cause the link was discontinued. I decided to give MOBILE CONCEPTS a try and they were able to get me the part I needed. THANKS

REPEAT CUSTOMER I went to mobile concepts to get a two-way alarm and remote start system two years ago. I haven't had any issues. I recently bought a new CHEVY TRAILBLAZER, right after I drove off the lot i went straight to mobile concepts and got another two-way system with a life time warranty. Very Pleased! I recently bought a 2010 Lincoln Mkt, and was looking for a remote starter/security alarm. I stopped at Mobile Concepts in Dolton and was very satisfied with the Salesman who guided me with a perfect 2-way system. Not only was I happy with the price and features of the alarm and remote starter, I was more than pleased and comfortable with the installer Jason who spent over 30 min with me to show me how my system operated with my cell phone and vehicle. I cant wait to upgrade my sound system Now!
SCAM ARTIST I purchased speakers online from Crutchfield. I also purchased a prepaid installation card which I presented to the installer at Mobile Concepts. He then Tried to charge me an additional $90. I had the installation done at Unitek in Lansing with no additional charge.
