HECTOR The owner can not be the owner cause you don't run a business unprofessional This guy is rude and he looks sick maybe that's why his rude!! Took my phone there and said he would have it done by 3pm and lied and didn't want to release my phone!! 1.We experienced very bad customer service and hector(I belive he is the owner) was very rude. 2.They also overcharge but I don't mind that as long as I get a quality service done. Too bad that they don't give good prices or a quality service 3.despite make so much money from overcharging there location is VERY old it feels like walking into a haunted clinic.The locating is SUPER dirty and old I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

My little brother got a new XBOX 1, & he gave me his broken XBOX 360 that didn't work. I took it to MCR, & they fixed it for $58 & now it works perfect! Thanks Hector!
